Question 1: I did not get a Student Account. When will the account be ready?

Answer: Currently, majority of the students should have should have been made and sent to the given email on our database. Usually, school email details are sent to personal emails after being made within 1-3 days after payment. Please remember to check your spam folder to see if the email is there. If not, please contact your school branch administration or email us the request at contact@minghuischool.us with your Full Name, Date of Birth, and your most recent payment with us.

Question 2: How do I login to my Ming Hui School Account?

Answer: Please click on the Portal tab from the menu of this website and click on the proper branch website portal associated with the class. You will be asked of your email and password. If the prompt isn't there, please go to Gmail.com and log out of all gmail related accounts. You will then be able to reenter your MHS account information. After signing in, you will be directed to the email. The school icon should be at the top right hand corner of you email.

Question 3: How to get into my Google Classroom?

Answer: When you logged into your account, there is a 9-dotted menu next to the Ming Hui Logo explained in Question 2. Click on the menu, then you will find "Classroom."

Question 4: Where do I go to meet my teacher?

Answer: When entering Google Classroom that is mentioned in question 3, click on the class and click on the "Meet Link" displayed in the class banner to access the virtual class and meet your teacher. Online Class won't be accessible if Teacher is not present in the room.

Question 5: How do I scan a QR Code for payments or websites?

Answer: If your phone is on the latest firmware, your can automatically scan the code by directly using the default camera app.
